Worked for six months on a fruit and vegetable stall, serving and assisting a wide range of customers. Helped keep the stall tidy and organised, completed tasks efficiently and worked as part of a team. Developed customer-service and communication skills, learned to be patient and approachable, and gained experience staying calm and helpful during busy periods.

Helped run a football team tuck shop, including serving players, parents and supporters, handling cash transactions and helping manage stock. Supported the smooth running of the stall during busy match days, developing teamwork, organisation, reliability and the ability to serve customers in a friendly and efficient way.

Volunteer - Dementia Charity Fundraising

Helped sell items, assist customers and raise awareness for dementia charities. This experience strengthened my confidence speaking to people, my ability to explain information clearly and my understanding of the importance of being welcoming, respectful and helpful.
