During this time my role was serving customers, answering the phone to take orders and completing the orders, ensuring they were correct, and stocking drinks and boxes when necessary. Throughout my time here I was constantly learning new skills, for example how to talk to customers, how to remain friendly and professional throughout my shifts, how to use a till, handle money and keep things running as smoothly as possible in a fast paced environment where events were constantly changing around me. I completed 5 days of work experience during the time period where I was studying for my A-Level qualifications. During this time I took on a role where I helped close files and worked at a desk filing and sorting. This opportunity allowed me to gain more team building experience and how to take on responsibilities in a professional manner.
Factory Worker at Factory (2026-04 – 2026-04)
I worked in a factory setting temporarily during April of 2026. This allowed me to gain experience and insight into what a fast-paced working environment looks like, during this time I worked hard to ensure I was able to match pace and meet the standards expected of me.
