Amin Vajdi

I have worked in the manufacturing industry since 2002 and have been working in the UK for the past 13 years covering a wide range of industries including food manufacturing industry.

I have HNC and Bachelors degree in engineering from Iran and a Master degree in Maintenance Engineering and Asset Management from Cranfield University . I have experience of different responsibilities in the engineering department such as management, planning and engineer team leading. I hold British passport and would like to work in UAE to be able to support my father who lives in Iran.

All my qualifications are UK approved and available. I have great hands on electrical and mechanical skills. I can manage teams of engineers and external contractors in a fast paced production environment.

I can plan PPM’s and address the engineering challenges.

I finished my college in 2002 in engineering and joined an institution manufacturing company in Shiraz as apprentice. I joined a project in 2006 building a new factory in Northwest Iran and was appointed as maintenance manager after the project was completed. I designed and planned the asset specific maintenance programs.

I was involved in the asset acquisition and hiring the engineers. I graduated in Fluid mechanical engineering before leaving Iran. I continued my career in the UK food industry as maintenance engineer, working for many top brands in the market.

Today I have worked in more than 50 different companies with different responsibilities and roles.

I finished my master’s degree in Maintenance Engineering and Asset Management in Cranfield University last year and graduated on 28/06/2025.
