I am 19 years old and currently study Journalism at University. Within my degree we have had to interact with a lot of strangers to interview them for various things. This is when I confirmed my love for interacting with people from all different types of backgrounds and making them feel comfortable in any environment.

I have years of retail experience a few skills being: meeting sales targets, working on tills, stocking shelves, to managing whole groups of people and office-based work too, dealing with customer complaints and queries. I believe one important aspect in retail is working well within your team and this will reflect in your work.
