I am a motivated and ambitious 18-year-old student, with a keen interest in and passion for social sciences. This helps me relate to a wide variety of different people; this is necessary when communicating with diverse individuals. Throughout my school years I have excelled in essay-based subjects, such as sociology and English, enabling me to have good communication skills with different groups of individuals.

I also have an interest in helping and understanding others, which is the key to great customer service.

• Working with from Reception age to Year 5 children, I learned to vary my communication style to different age groups
• Teaching through conventional methods, and through play taught me the value of thinking outside the box to find creative solutions
• I worked with several different teachers; this helped me understand how I respond to varied management styles

Student Ambassador at Harris Academy Bermondsey

• Administrating year 10 parents evening-service, I got to communication with various individuals ranging from secondary students to adults, this developed my skills in my communication as it highlights my ability to help those in different age groups, a skill needed for work in retail
• Another part in my role as a student ambassador is taking parents and children around the school and passing on details and important information about the school, necessary for the child when they join in year 7 or year 12, this experience directly relates to being able to sell products within the business, this makes me confident in reaching sale targets
• It was required that I made sure that individuals knew what time their appointments were at with the teachers and had to make sure that I was following the time limit for the tour, this shows my skills in time management which is a required skill at retail as it shows my ability to do my tasks within my shifts

School Council - Events Committee and Communication Committee at Harris Academy Bermondsey

Apart of my school's council, a part of the events committee and communication committee at Harris Academy Bermondsey, we have weekly meetings on how to raise our money and organising events such as bake sales, movie nights etc so that we are able to fund for prom, being able to communicate and organise makes me an excellent employee for organisation and communicating with costumers
