I am a dedicated Medical Doctor with full GMC registration and a licence to practise, currently working as a Specialty Doctor in Adult Psychiatry within an inpatient mental health setting. I have over three years of clinical experience across psychiatry, general practice, emergency care, outpatient medicine, and multidisciplinary healthcare environments. My current work in adult inpatient psychiatry has strengthened my skills in psychiatric assessment, risk formulation, mental state examination, care planning, multidisciplinary working, and the application of the Mental Health Act.

I have a particular interest in adult ADHD, neurodevelopmental conditions, severe mental illness, trauma-informed practice, and the interface between physical and mental health. I have completed specialist training in the diagnosis and assessment of adults with ADHD and pharmacological treatment of adults with ADHD through UKAAN. I am also undertaking an MSc in Psychiatry, which has strengthened my academic understanding, critical appraisal skills, and evidence-based approach to clinical practice.

I bring a compassionate, reflective, and culturally sensitive approach to clinical practice. I am multilingual and communicate effectively with patients, families, carers, and professionals from diverse backgrounds. I value empathy, professionalism, resilience, adaptability, and clear communication, particularly when working with complex presentations and challenging clinical situations.
