My current employer is Boots Opticians. I answer the phones, book appointments, send and answer emails, assist with glasses dispensing and pre-screening.
I have worked in the Optical industry since May 2022. I have also worked in retail and customer service, as well as food services.
I am reliable and eager to work and learn. I have GCSEs in English-5, Maths-3, Media- C, Science-4. I have a Level 2 Media grade Merit. I am creative and have experience using computers and programs such as Microsoft Word.
