I work with all ages of the general public, helping them out where needing assistance as well as doing my job. I have strong sales and communication skills while thinking on my feet and delivering the best customer service I can. I feel like I have good people skills and good customer service.

- I took them out and assisted them to the shops, appointments, routine check-ups, and during parties and occasions.
- I did my moving and assisting and medication competency's and administered medication and hoisted or sara stedied regularly.

- I worked as a carer doing domiciliary care. I went house to house and a lot of my client base was dementia patients.
- I handled money, medication and paperwork. I assisted my clients with things they needed help with, within what I could do.
- I supported my clientele with day to day life, whether that be helping them get up in the morning, assisting with personal care, or just some light cleaning or doing their shopping etc.
- I took my clients out whether that be for a daily walk, shopping, appointments, hospital. With added others.
- I completed my care certificate for a second time. Completed my medication and moving and handling work online under 'learning cloud' with regular reviews online and in person.

- I work here as a cleaner. Cleaning the pub and restaurant area. As well as housekeeping the 6 rooms they have for overnight stays.
