With a robust background in education and leadership, I have excelled in enhancing student mental health and academic performance. I have 13 years experience as a Secondary school teacher and pastoral leader.

I have recently undertaken qualifications in therapeutic counselling and will qualify as an integrative counsellor in May 2026. I work in a Person-Centered way and therefore believe that each individual has the ability to understand themselves better and make choices about how they may want to make changes in their life to improve their mental health.
