Service Manager - North Ayrshire Women's Aid - North Ayrshire

I manage the service that covers the entirety of North Ayrshire, manage the staff team, attend MARAC, MATAC, DMF meetings, deliver staff and external training. Manage budgets, run 25 refuge accommodations, organise events internal and external. Provide reports to the local council and Scottish Government as well as other funders. Seeking funding opportunities and liaise with councillors, heads of service, police and work to end domestic abuse by educating schools and partner agencies.
