The Willow Tree is an outstanding Ofsted registered childminding setting. My responsibilities as a practitioner are to supervise children, creating an inclusive environment where all children can thrive in their development, complete observations and work alongside other professionals whilst being a positive role model. Working with children aged 6 months to 10 years.

Working on all aspects of the EYFS and recording this information. Attending to children's needs, supporting all areas of learning and communicating with parents on a daily basis.

Early Years Practitioner - Cottingham Childminding Setting

My role as a practitioner in this setting was to be a good role model, time keeping, planning, good communication skills with parents and or carers. I was studying my Level 2 and 3 in early years education whilst attending this setting which allowed me to put my learning into practice.

Working as a retail assistant in a local shop. General duties included assisting the public, serving customers, stock replenishment and keeping the shop floor clean. I am confident and friendly to all customers and have a very good knowledge of this job setting. I am confident on a till and I am always wanting to better my knowledge through education. I also demonstrated that I am a very hard worker and confident when dealing with and serving customers.
