Being a Lead Sales is a vital part of running our stores and providing support where it's really needed. I provide outstanding customer service and always there to create a welcoming atmosphere to all our customers. Lead Sales duties are really varied but my responsibility's include:
- Cash Handling - Making sure that the books balance at the end of the day is a task that has to be taken seriously.
- Managing the tills - keeping our till teams motivated and well supported ensures that we are able to provide that all important excellent customer service. I handle all refunds and exchanges and make sure I always leave my customers satisfied when my customers are not happy with their product.
- Merchandising - space management and creating exciting stock displays to catch our customers attention. Can be challenging but extremely rewarding.
- Stock - keep up to date with how much of each product is coming in, keeping up to date with all the dates on them and handling all the reductions and write offs.
- Locking up - it is our responsibility to make sure everything in the store is in check before we close for the night.
