‘Civic Laboratories of Change’ - Food & Community
This experimental project required us to design a public building for a city.
We aimed to encourage public interaction and create a sustainable design.
● My design included using the technique of superimposition within growing communities by using surroundings in aspects of the design.
● Having a simple exterior with an interconnected interior, I layered different blocks and connected them with two cores.
● I brought the growth of neoclassical architecture into post-modernist architecture with my design of a multifunctional library.
