Retail Staff at British Heart Foundation
During my time at the BHF I gained experience working on the till, handling money, checking stock, helping customers and marking down prices. This provided me with experience in customer service, an insight into stock rotation as well as knowledge of how the till systems work. I enjoyed helping and building a relationship with the customers and relished the challenge of providing an outstanding service in a busy retail environment.
