• Provided ad-hoc AV and IT support for classroom and meeting room setups across a 4,000-student college, ensuring projectors, display systems, and presentation equipment were fully operational for teaching sessions and events, troubleshooting technical issues promptly to minimise disruption to staff and students.
• Managed Mac OS devices using Azure Endpoint by integrating Apple School Manager with Azure MDM, creating configuration profiles to meet user requirements, and ensuring GDPR and Cyber Essentials compliance. Implemented strict update policies to maintain system security, with updates installed within 14 days of release.
• Configured and enhanced the macOS MDM environment to improve device management, including deploying XCreds software to enable users to authenticate directly to macOS using their Office 365 credentials, streamlining the sign-in experience and improving security.
