Having recently completed a BA in English Language and Literature with the Open University, I have developed strong analytical, research, and communication skills through independent and self-directed study. My academic background in linguistics and language analysis has strengthened my ability to identify patterns, interpret complex information, and evaluate language critically — skills that are highly relevant to AI training, data annotation, and language model development. Alongside my degree, I am currently completing the Google Data Analytics qualification, further developing my understanding of data interpretation, problem-solving, and analytical tools.
In addition, I bring over nine years of experience working as a Teaching Assistant in primary education, where I have developed excellent interpersonal, organisational, and collaborative skills. My experience includes supporting children across Key Stages 1 and 2, working with SEND pupils, delivering targeted interventions, and managing behaviour effectively in fast-paced environments. I am highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about continuous learning.
I work well both independently and as part of a team, and I am keen to apply my linguistic, analytical, and communication skills within AI training and data-focused roles.
