CELTA-qualified and with a degree in humanities, I am looking for English teaching positions.

I have a strong academic background, extensive experience supporting learners, and a proven record of communication, training and stakeholder engagement across education and customer-facing environments.

I bring hands-on experience supporting students aged 16–19 with diverse learning needs, alongside a recent CELTA qualification and a C2 level of English. I am experienced in adapting communication to different audiences, explaining complex information clearly, building positive relationships, and creating supportive learning environments. I am native Portuguese speaker with fluent Spanish, offering valuable intercultural awareness and the ability to understand the challenges faced by multilingual learners.

• Trained other student assistants and acted as senior point of contact for day-to-day operational decisions. Planned continuity actions during a cyber incident, reducing enquiry delays by 75% across a period of 6 months.
