Health Care Assistant - St Helens Hospital - St Helens

I previously worked at Whiston Hospital creche, from 2004, where I qualified as a nursery nurse till 2011, and then onto outpatients St Helens Hospital for nearly 12 years. I worked on all the clinics as a health care assistant, so have a vast amount of experience. I have worked in the NHS since 1999, and before my nurse training i was always up to date with manual handling, infection control and all the mandatory procedures that need to be undertaken as a healthcare and also whilst i was a student doing my nurse training.

During my nurse training i worked with dementia patients on the wards and out in the community setting. I worked in treatment rooms, i did ear syringes, dressings, injections, and dealt with pressure ulcers, and did pressure bandages. I worked In theatre, whiston and St Helens hospital, and Fairfield hospital.

I worked on the community. In recovery whiston and St Helens hospital. I am now a newly qualified adult Nurse.
