Andrea Lamas is a purpose-driven professional with over 10 years of experience leading innovation, transformation, and social impact initiatives across nonprofit, corporate, and startup environments in Latin America and the UK. She has designed and scaled programs in sectors such as education, gender equity, and refugee support, with a strong focus on inclusive growth and systems change. Her roles have spanned digital transformation, product and growth strategy, and innovation—most recently at the British Refugee Council (UK), Aporta (PE), Colectivo23 (PE), and Laboratoria (LATAM).

Andrea holds a Master of Arts in Digital Management from Hyper Island in the UK, where she was awarded a Social Impact Scholarship. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru and also completed an exchange program in Culture and Arts Management at the Università di Bologna in Italy.
