Coventry University graduate who currently works at National Accident Helpline as a helpline advisor. I possess a strong academic interest in law and achieved a 2:1 as my overall grade which has provided me with a solid foundation in law. I have over three years of retail and customer service experience, which has allowed me to develop good customer service, teamwork, and communication abilities.
I was able to balance my university and employment commitments, and as a result, I developed great organisational abilities as well as the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines. I am eager to put my studies and job experience to use to gain more experience in the legal profession. I am looking to qualify as a Solicitor in the future and build a solid foundation to progress within a law firm who uphold my values.
I have also assisted with the Claims submissions department in October 2022 which provided me with the fundamental knowledge of how this department functions. I have assisted in completing tasks such as Identification checks, AskCue, obtaining Defendants details, other missing information tasks & making detailed attendance notes whilst remaining a supporting & professional representative of National Accident Law/ National Accident Helpline.
I was able to maintain a clean and organised inventory and curated displays of rotating seasonal clothing as well as accessories. In addition, I anticipated customer needs and provided them with an exceptional level of customer service whilst upholding the companies values. Furthermore, I supported the opening and closing of each shift which demonstrated leadership and punctuality skills
