Coventry University graduate who currently works at National Accident Helpline as a helpline advisor. I possess a strong academic interest in law and achieved a 2:1 as my overall grade which has provided me with a solid foundation in law. I have over three years of retail and customer service experience, which has allowed me to develop good customer service, teamwork, and communication abilities.

I was able to balance my university and employment commitments, and as a result, I developed great organisational abilities as well as the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines. I am eager to put my studies and job experience to use to gain more experience in the legal profession. I am looking to qualify as a Solicitor in the future and build a solid foundation to progress within a law firm who uphold my values.

In this role, I communicate with Claimants about a potential personal injury claim whilst remaining friendly, supportive, and having patience. Alongside this, I have actively memorised legal scripting which allowed my accurately and efficiently handle customers concern. Due to the sensitivity of the cases, I completed customer insight reports and input over 12,000 units of sensitive data while listening proactively to the customers' personal injury accidents. Furthermore, when our services were unable to guide the customer, I offered alternative companies that could provide better guidance and politely addressed customer concerns/complaints, which were escalated to management when necessary. In addition, I have assisted in the training process of the companies policies, procedure and compliance guidelines as well as receiving 5-star reviews from customers and positive internal feedback from management and peers.

I have also assisted with the Claims submissions department in October 2022 which provided me with the fundamental knowledge of how this department functions. I have assisted in completing tasks such as Identification checks, AskCue, obtaining Defendants details, other missing information tasks & making detailed attendance notes whilst remaining a supporting & professional representative of National Accident Law/ National Accident Helpline.
