Multi Technician - L&Q DIRECT MAINTENANCE

I am currently working for L&Q Direct maintenance. My duties include a wide variety of tasks such as Inspection of properties and communal buildings.

• Arranging with residents and operatives how the jobs are going to be carried out
• Inspect undertake and complete jobs in plumbing, carpentry as Multi Technician
• Responsible to liaise problems with tenants in terms of repairs and how the housing standards comply with their accommodation
• Arranging for contractors special trades where needed, the time and the size of work to be carried out

Maintenance Operative - CLARION RESPONSE - South Anglia

I was previously working in the division of Clarion Response. My duties include a wide variety of tasks following the weekly inspection job sheet.

• Domestic property maintenance and repairs
• Voids and reactive jobs
• Garden maintenance including fence repairs
• Driving the company van to all required jobs in need of repair across South Anglia and ensuring the general repairs and maintenance trade tasks are of high skill level in order to provide a quality 'first time fix'
• Working independently when required and taking responsibility for managing own workload to a high customer service standard whilst ensuring good job turnaround times and keeping set appointments

Site Operative - CITY BRICK WORKS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY - Harlow Hospital

I was previously working for City BrickWork Company on various projects for Vinci Construction. We were renovating the Derwent Centre at Harlow Hospital. On a daily basis I was providing support the bricklayers by providing a continuous flow of the materials they required in order to complete the project efficiently and to a good standard.

General Laborer - DAVLYN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

At Davlyn Construction Company I was working on a project for Vauxhall. Each day I was providing support to senior engineers, plumbers, bricklayers and plasterers. My work consisted of general laboring duties, demolition and using a wide range of tools to complete tasks.
