With over twelve years of work experience in the automotive industry, I am a passionate and driven innovation leader at Marelli, a global leader in smart mobility solutions. I am the single point of contact for technical communications with OEMs and internal functions, and I establish a network to study and analyse market trends, advanced manufacturing technologies, and innovative ideas in the early development phase. I also manage a team of up to 20 engineers, and I support them with technology marketing, IT escalation, and integrated risk management skills. I have successfully led several projects that resulted in increased user retention, cost optimization, and design communization across models.
