I am a responsible, motivated and adaptable former retail manager with a specialised knowledge of the whisky/wine trade. Currently seeking a similar position in which my skills can be used and furthered. Throughout my previous employment I have been focused on customer service and target driven.
In my last few positions I have dealt with all aspects of running two retail shops such as buying, selling, stock control, account management, health and safety and cash management. While at all times maintaining perfect customer relation skills. This allowed me to have a full perspective of the business while at the same time expanding my knowledge of the various products that we sold.
Previous employment has required me to have an expert level of knowledge of the whisky and wine trade both current and historical.
