• Fittings of hearing aids using Noah link, with experience of GENIE 2, Phonak and Danalogic systems.
• Real Ear Measurements (REM) and ear impressions in accordance with BSA standards.
• Performed hearing aid repairs and supported hearing aid follow-up and patient management.
• Performed OAEs, play audiometry and acoustic reflex threshold (ART) testing under supervision.
• Observed vestibular testing, microsuction, ABR, neonatal ABR and visual reinforcement audiometry (VRA).
• Applied patient-centred communication and counselling skills and worked within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
