Managing the building fabric/Structure of 18 buildings for University across central London.
- Manage a team of 15 staff: Carpenters/painters/handymen
- Head of program of works for the install of fire doors across all buildings and budget control
- Manage small projects across the university as part of LTM works

- Plan the schedule of works for my team and contractors 7 days a week
- Manage the progress on the team, insuring all staff are up to date with training

- Managing specialist contractors, setting KPIs, and managing procurement for repairs
- Conducting regular, proactive, and comprehensive surveys of the building to identify faults and plan maintenance, particularly for listed buildings or large estates
- Managing maintenance budgets, including cost control for repairs and improvements
