I have gained extensive leisure and hospitality knowledge with many years experience and considerable customer service experience. My duties included maintaining supervision on poolside. Making sure guests are safe within the pool area, general cleaning, first aid on poolside, performing activity sessions in the pool and use of hazardous chemicals which requires me to follow strict health and safety rules. I also have responsibility for cash handling, maintaining health and safety procedures on leisure concessions and liaising with the public to ensure adequate levels of service are met.
