Telephony & Unified Communications – Migration and optimisation projects (Eg Zoom Phone/Contact Centre, Microsoft Teams, many varieties of Asterisk and Broadsoft systems in the UK and USA), including call flow optimisation, documentation, and user adoption.
Technical Support (1st–2nd Line) – Corporate IT support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Cisco Meraki, Yealink, and broadband/Openreach environments.
Network & Wireless Expertise – ISP operations, Wi-Fi optimisation, troubleshooting in high-density/saturated environments, and wireless infrastructure deployment.
Security & Compliance – Device hardening (HP & Dell server implementations, Yealink phones), ISO27001 exposure, ITIL-aligned practices.
