I take ideas, sometime ambiguous, and form high performing teams to deliver the idea. I work closely with key stakeholders from across the business and guide the team whilst also listening and acting on the team's ideas.
Over 20 years in project management within a Telco environment, working for Vodfone, BT and Virgin Media O2. I was responsible for multi-million pound projects launching cutting edge technology. Working closely with multiple workstreams eg Finance, Customer Service, Service Management, Test etc to deliver what's required.
The projects have been a mix of technical and process related. Some have been small and others have been transformational.
During 2025, I have also worked with the RAF on delivering new technology to RAF bases to assist with refuelling.
