Andrew Greenhalgh

I am an experienced journalist and web designer. I've been in business as a web designer and copywriter since 2015 and I was a full-time professional journalist for 18 years before that.

I am an outstanding writer and an even better proofreader and sub-editor. I'm passionate about words, grammar and design.

I have more than 20 years' experience as a professional journalist, working as a sub-editor, writer, designer and proofreader for newspapers including the Liverpool Echo, the Daily Post and many more. Since 2015 I have been a copywriter and web designer for charities, churches, schools and businesses. I am a skilled and expert writer and editor.

I have the recognised professional qualification (the NCE) in journalism, which was obtained two years after passing my National Council for the Training of Journalists pre-entry exams. The NCE cannot be taken until candidates have passed the NCTJ exams and spent two years in full-time work.

I also have a degree in Russian and A Levels in English, French and Politics.
