I've been in the pipefitting industry since I started my apprenticeship in 2008. I've worked in a vast array of industries which include Nuclear, oil and gas, food production and steel making. Over this time I've equipped myself with complex knowledge of different procedures used within pipefitting (welded, bend/forming, hydraulic, pneumatic, screwed) all within low tolerances.
I pride myself in high quality fabrication and right first time mentality. I have been in a supervisory role now for ten years and rely heavily on referrals from previous companies. I am task focussed, but will always be open minded to all employees on their opinions and ideas.
I am a team player and problem solver who is willing to put in the work to achieve long term goals.

Piping superintendent with cavendish nuclear, working on BNI pipework around nuclear reactor. I gained promotion from supervision role to oversee pipework installation. My work varies from ensure work packs are made for construction team to monitoring installation to ensure a high standard finish.
Black hat supervisor - Black Hat / Cavendish Nuclear - Hinckley Point C Nuclear power station, Somerset

In April this year I started working on Hinckley Point C Nuclear power station in somerset for Cavendish Nuclear. I have shown whilst in this role to be a valuable asset in the mechanical trades. Although the pipework is in its infant stages on the project, I have turned my hand to help out the plating and mechanical trades.

I started my Pipework fabrication apprenticeship with Systems group ltd in 2008. Once completed i worked on many aspects of pipefitting within steelmaking, food production and oil and gas. I swiftly progressed to chargehand and then to supervisor. I worked within the company for 16 years which i believe is a testament to the quality of work i am capable of.
