Inventory Controller - Averto (via Sky recruitment)

In charge of monthly Audits and cycle counts for big and well-known household names like Sony, Nintendo, Juul, Meta and SumUp. Split time 50-50 between Warehouse and office to ensure stocks and reports were presented on a monthly basis. Used SAP platform to carry out daily, monthly and yearly audits.

• Goods receiving, picking, put away, replenishment and dispatch.
• Use of SAP to accurately track and control inventory.
• General Warehouse duties which include the use of manual handling and technique training and compliance.
• Ensure that any issues with the meeting of expectations are communicated both within Averto business and to the customer as required.

Stock and Transport controller - Moran logistics

Reporting directly to the senior shift manager, this role was responsible for supervising and coordinating activities within the Stock and Transport team, to ensure stocks are accurately recorded and maintained at all times. Assisted the warehouse Manager in their duties to ensure service level agreements are achieved. Utilized resources to full potential to ensure that deliveries leave in a timely manner and in full to meet customers deadlines.

• Count and report inventory and highlight risk to service.
• Control all inbound/outbound loads and report any discrepancies as per non-conformance procedures.
• Ensure stock cycle count is complete and maintain stock levels/rotations on site.
• Responsible for system reconciliation.
• Undertake root cause analysis and identify corrective action.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports required by management.
• Responsible for Training of new and existing team to the stock control team, including ensuring that the stock clerks are able to act up into the controller role if he/she are absence.

Order picker/Trainer/Inventory - Aldi RDC - Sawley - Sawley

Started as an order picker, but management soon recognized great potential in past skills in Training, Management and Stock Inventory. Asked to assist in induction for agency team as part of the new opening of the RDC. Showed and demonstrated the values of Aldi during a two-day induction process, involving order picking from a head set, Llop, stacker truck, bulk carrier and loaders, while concentrating on the company's values and vision.

Also part of Aldi's inventory team, analyzing data and processing cross pick. Helped redesign the picking lanes to reduce cross picking which reduced variances in the stock count.

Self employed Consultant/Operation Manager - Griffin Inn Ltd

(2014 - 2016)

Self employed role as a consultant for an individual rebuilding a village pub into a fine dinning venue with a three million pound budget. Reported directly to the new owner and was brought in at the very early stages to liaise with builders and architects. Tasked to find the best local produce including food and beverage.

Built a team from GM to pot wash, implementing and delivering a training program. The owner also had two five star hotels, conference and wedding venues in Lincolnshire, where visited twice a month to sit down with the Head Chef and General Manager to look at changing menus, wine selections, and training in both sites to deliver excellence.
