I have recently decided to take a change in direction with my career to move away from the financial services sector and have recently qualified as a Class 1 C+E HGV driver along with my CPC. Despite not yet having any experience in HGV driving, I believe that my strong experience in customer service and risk management can make me valuable on all other aspects outside of the driving element.

• Designated driver to drive to and from sites to ensuring that the vehicles and chippers being used are road legal, reporting any issues or defects to management and fueled for the planned journeys. 

• Utilising maps and directions to ensure that we are operating in the correct site location and which sections of the site to conduct arborist work on.

• Collaborating throughout the day with teams on other sites to support where needed to ensure all works are completed for the day across all teams.

• Providing training or guidance for colleagues who require support with working or fixing the tools used on site to take advantage of using the situation for learning.
