Almost 10 years with ACE Winches with the most recent role of Finance Manager. I aided greatly in my latter years at ACE in doubling EBITDA over a short period during a period of pandemic. I was a valued member ofthe senior management team and participated in setting a strategy for the business during a per of change.
Oversaw the implementation of a new business system that greatly improved the flow and management of data resulting in an improved monthly board pack. Responsible for the domestic and international tax filings and engaging with Business Development for international opportunities. Developed financial modelling and forecasting to aid with various funding & due diligence exercises.
Qualified with the ACCA in 2016 and inducted as a fellow in 2021
