Test Analyst o 4+ Years software testing experience.
o Functional and Non-Functional testing, including unit testing, integration and system testing, usability testing,
interface testing (GUI/UI)
o Test analysis knowledge, analysing product specifications, test planning and design, create and execute test cases.
o Accountability for defect management, involving the identification, analysis, logging, and tracking of defects to ensure timely resolution within defined release timelines.
o Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
o Experience with JIRA for logging and tracking of new enchantments, productions issues and defect.
o Project Management skills which include, taking ownership, managing workflow, managing testing progress and reports, and delegating tasks.
o Constructive Communication skills.
o Analytical Skills o Knowledge of Root cause analysis to identify the primary origins of defects.
o Incident reporting and investigating.
o Experience collaborating with developers, stakeholders and forming good relationships.
o Attend and reporting in daily Stand-ups.
o Updating product specifications documents for future enhancements.
