Agreed in-store kit of parts for Corporate Events across all Store Formats. Worked with key design agency and Creative Director to develop new templates. Regularly visited stores to view implementation and review campaigns.
- Leading a Team of 14, I was the custodian of the Boots Ease of Find principles. I ensure that all Agencies & Suppliers work to these principles, delivering a compelling Customer experience
- Category colleagues agree the deals with the suppliers, it is my responsibility to communicate the offer to our Customers in the most effective way
- I agree the in-Store kit of parts for each Corporate Event across all Store Formats. I take the event treatment and apply to all base Salesplan POS, ensuring that the Customer journey is consistent from above the line activity through to in-Store implementation
- I work with our key design agency and our Creative Director to develop new templates
- I regularly visit Stores to view implementation and review campaigns. Building relationships with Store Colleagues is the best way to understand how we can do it better next time. They get the Customer insight first hand
- I also take the opportunity to spend several days a year with my Buddy Store to work through changeover(s) with them – nothing like seeing it for yourself

Joined busy in-house reprographic unit as litho machine minder, producing high quality stationery & packaging products for a site of over 6,000 staff. Claim to fame was producing the Viagra submission document - 11 million pages distributed to regulatory agencies around the globe, in record time.
- Responsible for 6 digital presses (running 24hr shift) and fleet of 400 local multifunctional devices
- Managed total of 32 staff, including Despatch Team, working double day & 24hr shifts
- Worked with colleagues and stakeholders in Materials Management & Regulatory Affairs
- Managed short run packaging trials for Regulatory approval
