Responsible for on-the-road management of Tom's full-band & acoustic shows, including merchandise and driving.

Based out of Brighton I ran my own DVD publishing company primarily specialising in US sourced programming.

Licensors included MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount & Scholastic.
Successful releases included Dave Chappelle, Zach Galifianakis, Joe Rogan, Doug Stanhope, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

Head of Home Video - Sanctuary Group

Oversaw Sanctuary's home video operation with a particular focus on transferring an extensive music video back catalogue onto DVD.

Successful releases included titles from Iron Maiden, Neil Young, Alice Cooper, Rush & Black Sabbath.
Also licenced a significant raft of film titles for UK special edition DVD release.
Took Sanctuary's video turnover from £1 million to over £4 million.
