My experiences, ranging from managing luxury chalets in Switzerland, to working as a Barman and Café Assistant in busy hospitality settings and working in public events, have equipped me with excellent time management skills, a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of customer needs. I communicate effectively with people at all levels and am confident in my ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently. I am naturally compassionate and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with people from all walks of life.
