Wales Leadership Programme at Argoed Lwyd Outdoor Centre (2025-04 – 2025-04)
- Completed physically and mentally demanding activities including caving, canoeing, mountain hiking (Pen y Fan), and tunnelling.
- Demonstrated teamwork and communication by successfully navigating a canoe with a partner, finishing ahead of the group.
- Performed a two-mile steep climb up Pen y Fan, building resilience and endurance.
- Developed leadership and problem-solving skills during a tunnel walk in complete darkness, guiding the group through signals and communication.
- Strengthened collaboration, adaptability, and unity through group challenges in a supportive environment.
Event Organiser (2026-03 – 2026-03)
- Organised the arrangement for decorations (balloon arches, setting tables with required equipment laid out, posters ect)
- worked effectively as a team to prepare event with chairs and tables
- Stayed organised and calm to ensure event ran smoothly and presented confidently.
