I have more than 4 years of strong experience in being a resident doctor, clinic manager and administrator. Being a dentist, I was fortunate to treat clients of all ages, as young as 1 year old to as old as 78 years. Patience, communication skills and working in a multidiscipl1inary team have always been my strength.
As an administrator, I supervised high-performing teams to ensure that all aspects of administration were carried out effectively despite demanding resource and time constraints. I played a key role in managing HR department, recruiting new doctors and hiring cross skilled employees. I have an excellent ability to build a productive relation with both the clients and employer.
