I am currently in my final year of the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care. I am passionate about building a career in social work and supporting individuals to overcome challenges and become more independent. Through my experience in both a care home, hospital, and hospitality setting, I have developed strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
I am particularly interested in safeguarding and person-centred care, and I am eager to continue learning and gaining practical experience.

This role strengthened my responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Volunteer - Harrogate Hospital I supported staff by helping with feeding patients, distributing meals, and ensuring comfort and safety. This improved my confidence, empathy, and communication.
Volunteer I supported residents with daily activities and companionship, helping improve their wellbeing while learning how to respond to different needs and situations.
