Angel O’Carroll

I'm a newly finished sixth form student looking to enter a full time role. I am particularly passionate about entering the property industry as my current role as a customer advisor has shown me my abundance of skills including exceptional customer service and product knowledge, the ability to create customer relations and a confidence I believe will take me far within the property industry. Despite having no previous experience within this industry, I have researched all aspects extensively and therefore would love to enter a trainee/entry level role , enabling me to learn and grow in a life long career .

My current role is a customer advisor at Boots which I have worked at for 2 years this October, It is very much customer service based as well as sales meaning I deal with customer enquiries as well as giving detailed product knowledge. My role is extremely fast paced meaning I complete a variety of tasks in a quick and efficient manner. I have lots of experience in sales despite my job role not entitling that as I am constantly offering customers recommendation's as well as helping with fragrance and beauty sales.

I am able to work in a fast paced environment and excel in most tasks as I am a quick learner which is shown through my confidence in day to day tasks.

I obtained 9 grade 5-9 GCSE's in 2021 including a 6 in math's ,8 in science, distinction in business and a grade 8 in English language. After receiving my A level results recently i was able to obtain a distinction in both business studies and science, as well as a grade C in a level psychology.
