I am a hard working problem solver who thrives on variety and getting the job done. I enjoy a social environment where I can keep people happy and ensure the smooth running being productive-active and having an eye for detail. I have high customer service expectations in my own life and treat people how I like to be treated.

I have a natural flair for communication and work well in a team environment. I have worked in a number of different environments and have reached the stage in my life where I feel I could capitalise on the skill set I have gained and I am confident I would flourish and bring added value to the events industry.

Currently Claims Handler for a car warranty company but this is not inspiring And I do not enjoy sitting behind a desk for 8 hours a day, however I have included managing unhappy/angry people to my repertoire.

Previously a successful Sales Exec for Honda, Volvo and Vauxhall and loved it but the industry is changing into digital/online rather than conventional selling and also lack of stock makes for a very low net remuneration, as only paid on delivery.

I have experience in hospitality providing support on a private basis catering assistance on a number of events in my own time outside my regular working day Which I have enjoyed very much.

Also I have visual display/ merchandising experience, working with George at Asda and Asda Living often being seconded to create special window displays such as Christmas at Lakeside, Essex.

I am a student of life as being a sprightly 53 years young and having gained experience in various roles know you never stop learning. I have the standard O levels and c.s.e.’s in English, Maths, Art, Geography, Biology. I have experience and qualified in the motor trade which is regulated by FCA and also a registered Motability Expert.
