Work Experience Placement at Mondo salon (2023-06 – 2023-08)

Shadowed head stylist for their daily roles and responsibilities.
Helped my team mates on delegated tasks and store errands.
Handled difficult costumers while trying to resolve their issue and ensure clients left felling satisfied.
Showed initiative, learning new skills when needed to perform a role on time.

Volunteer at Cotswold RDA (2024-06 – 2024-08)

Worked in a stable, requiring constant care and awareness of your actions, and a strong understanding of the horse's needs.
Worked with children and people with special needs, ensuring their safety when riding the hoses and being cautious of their actions.
