Hello,
My name is Angus Waddington, a 23-year-old graduate from the UK with a passion for sports and music. I am hardworking and confident with a lot of experience in the hospitality industry and with great passion for skiing. It has been an ambition of mine to do a winter season, as I love hospitality work, meeting new people, and making people's experiences memorable.
I have worked in restaurants, bars, and kitchens since the age of 14, so have am very confident cooking, serving drinks, and talking to guests. At younger ages I would do preparations in the kitchen, chopping vegetables, peeling potatoes, and overall prep before a busy lunch and dinner shift. Often I was placed on staters and pudding sections with experience running the pass.
As I have gotten older, my skills mainly lie in being behind the bar as I am great at talking to customers and making sure they are okay. Working at a French wine bar and Weddings companies, I have had to keep a level of professionalism throughout my career.
I have a 1st Class Degree in Business Economics at the University of Liverpool. A, B, B, Distinction in Economics, Maths, Media and Business. Further 11 GSCES A*-C with an A* in Catering.
