Conscientious and hardworking with a responsible attitude to work, possessing a friendly and outgoing personality and can relate to others well. I enjoy working as part of a team and also work well on individual tasks using my initiative to make decisions and get the job done to the highest of standards. Operation of mechanical cleaning equipment following training; cleaning of machinery after use, adhering to the safe use and storage of chemicals; using correct dilutions rates for all chemicals, carry out the work according to University and Departmental Health and Safety policy and procedures, collection and removal of refuse, carrying out emergency cleaning task as required by the line manager, taking part in “in service” training as required.
