My duties included fine-tuning use cases, overseeing SIEM administration, and collaborating with vendors to resolve client infrastructure issues. I also played a crucial role in monitoring network flow data for anomalies and detecting malicious network activity.

My expertise extends to analyzing various security logs, creating documentation such as SOPs and Runbooks, and generating and closing tickets.
