I have level 2 food and hygiene, currently work in a kitchen where I prepare food wait on tables wash up and clean kitchen down at the end of the shift. I have worked there 7 years am a good team player, will do anything to help other members of the team.
I have worked in a golf club kitchen, now work in a busy coffee shop. Early shift I prepare the salad for garnish cook bacon and sausage cook jacket potatoes so they are all ready for the day ahead.
