I currently work as an Administration Manager, having progressed from several years of experience as a Client Administrator. I have extensive experience supporting Financial Planners and their clients, alongside managing and developing administration teams. I am confident, organised and self-driven with a strong focus on improving processes to support successful client delivery outcomes.

My experience has given me a strong understanding of both client-facing and operational sides of financial planning.

Administrator Manager at Fairstone (2026-07 – Present)

• Managed the administrative team and introduced aligned work, moving away from a pooled inbox to improve efficiency and workload sharing.
• Interviewed and onboarded new team members, setting up KPIs and competency sheets to support their training and development.
• Introduced cross-training following team merger to ensure consistency in processing.

• Manage and maintain a client portfolio of more than 250 clients alone, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth delivery of financial planning advice.
• Built resilience and adaptability by working across five teams and supporting seven different Financial Planners, gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of financial advice and client needs.
• Actively participate in client meetings, producing comprehensive and accurate meeting notes that form the foundation for compliant adviser and paraplanner recommendations.
