Have worked many roles within Health and Social care settings since 2003. Have successfully worked my way up to 2nd year Nursing degree, honest, responsible and compassionate care assistant with a genuine interest and commitment to providing the best standard and quality person-centred care.
Experience in risk assessing to ensure a healthy and safe environment, following all up to date guidelines, polices and procedures as to ensure all standards are maintained and in a manner. Possessing a professional, strong track record in encouraging and promoting service users both physical and personal independence where possible. Looking for a position with a forward thinking company that will allow me to develop a nurture my existing skills.
Willing to train to suit the requirements of the position. Briefly worked in hospitality which gave me the skills to work well independently and also as a team, gaining excellent communication and social skills.
