About

Recent Social Work graduate from Bournemouth University with a strong interest in supporting young people as they move through key stages in their lives. Final 6-month placement was with the Preparing for Adulthood team at BCP Council, where I worked under the Care Act 2014. This was a statutory role supporting 16–25-year-olds as they transitioned from children's services into adulthood.

Carried out assessments, contributed to EHCP reviews, liaised with professionals across education, health and social care, and supported young people to plan next steps in areas like housing, employment, and independent living. Progressed into a management role in a busy restaurant in Eastbourne, developing strong leadership and organisational skills.
